INTRODUCTION
The present terms and conditions of use apply to the use of the game platform "White Marble - the Challenge".PLATFORM CONTENT
It constitutes an educational game platform available online, which can be played in Individual Play mode or Duel mode. It can be accessed by any device with an internet browser running JavaScript (computer, tablet or mobile phone).USER REGISTRATION
Access to the platform is free of charge but subject to registration.Users are responsible for their login details, including username, email address and password.
User registration is personal and non-transferable, and therefore cannot be used by another person to access the platform.
Each user is allowed to create an individual access record to use the platform, with the objective of participating as an Individual Player or to dispute Duels.
We assume that the user registering and using this platform has the legal capacity to do so or has obtained the appropriate authorisation from their parents, guardians or tutors if under 18 years of age.
SENDING NOTIFICATIONS TO REGISTERED USERS
By registering and accepting these Terms and Conditions, users consent to the sending of notifications.The notifications are exclusively related to the invitations to Duel or to the communication of the results of the created Duel and are sent by email.
However, the user may, at any time, update their Profile data to stop receiving these notifications. To do so, access your Profile area at https://ourobranco.pt/pt/o-meu-perfil, and uncheck the option "I agree to receive notifications".
UPDATE OF INFORMATION
Users may request that their registration data be corrected or amended, and also that it be deleted.Requests for updating or deleting registration data should be requested electronically to the e-mail address: geral@cechap.com
ILLICIT OR FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATION
Users registered on the "White Marble - the Challenge" gaming platform are responsible for their actions during the Duels they create and/or participate in.Whenever illicit behaviour by users is identified, or fraudulent participations leading to the falsification of results or the manipulation of access in order to obtain any kind of advantage are detected, the promoter of "White Marble - the Challenge" reserves the right to act in situations of fraudulent use of the game, namely by deactivating players with signs of abusive practices that seek some kind of advantage by irregular means.
